RCBS Pro Chucker 7 Progressive Press / Multi-Station Press
With the ProChucker 7 station press, you can produce about 600 cartridges/hour. The stable O-frame press with a height of 117 mm is made of a lightweight metal alloy. With each lever movement, the shell holder plate is advanced by one rotation. At the same time, a finished cartridge is ejected. The quick-change head plate accommodates standard dies with 7/8” threads and also allows for a quick caliber change. The two additional stations can be used for a separate bullet feed, a separate crimp die, or for powder checking. For easy maintenance, it has grease fittings at the joints. The delivery includes the QuickChange powder measure with a large container and integrated quick emptying, as well as the small and large powder measuring cylinder. Mit der ProChucker 7-Stationenpresse fertigen Sie ca. 600 Patronen/Stunde. Die stabile O-Rahmenpresse mit 117 mm Bauhöhe besteht aus einer Leichtmetalllegierung.Mit jeder Hebelbewegung wird die Hülsenhalterplatte um eine Umdrehung weitergesetzt. Gleichzeitig wird eine fertige Patrone ausgeworfen.Die Schnellwechselkopfplatte nimmt herkömmliche Matrizen mit 7/8”-Gewinde auf und erlaubt zudem einen schnellen Kaliberwechsel.Die zwei zusätzlichen Stationen können für eine separate Geschosszuführung, einer separaten Crimpmatrize oder zur Pulverkontrolle genutzt werden.Zur leichten Wartung besitzt sie an den Gelenken Schmiernippel.Zum Lieferumfang gehören das QuickChange-Pulverfüllgerät mit großem Behälter und integrierter Schnellentleerung sowie der kleine und der große Pulver-Messzylinder.Das gekapselte Zündersetzsystem sorgt für zusätzliche Sicherheit.
