The model "saubart" is a handy and short, yet very powerful knife made in full tang construction for universal use - from PUMA Solingen.
The PUMA "saubart" offers the user many advantages through the following features:
The blade material used is stainless Sandvik steel 14C28N, which achieves a Rockwell hardness of 60-62 HRC, giving the knife a high edge retention. The new blade shape, previously tested by hunters, allows for the use of the entire cutting surface. Additionally, the spine of the blade is equipped with a ground bevel.
With a blade length of 100 mm and a thickness of 3 mm, the knife is compact and allows for practical handling. Thanks to the full tang construction, the "saubart" is also very stable.
For the handle scales, stag horn was chosen. Thanks to the pronounced finger grooves combined with the robust bolster made of nickel silver, a secure grip is achieved when working with this high-quality PUMA knife.
For safe carrying and transport, a brown saddle leather sheath is included.
Since we process natural products, optical deviations between the knife image and the originals are possible.

Das Modell „saubart“ ist ein handliches und kurzes, dabei sehr kräftiges Messer in Vollerlbauweise für den universellen Einsatz - von PUMA Solingen.
Das PUMA „saubart“ bietet dem Nutzer durch folgende Eigenschaften viele Vorteile:
Als Klingenmaterial kommt rostfreier Sandvik-Stahl 14C28N zum Einsatz, der es auf eine Rockwellhärte von 60-62 HRC bringt, wodurch das Messer eine hohe Schnitthaltigkeit erhält. Die zuvor von Jägern getestete neue Klingenform ermöglicht den Einsatz der kompletten Schnittfläche. Außerdem ist der Klingenrücken mit einer angeschliffenen Phase versehen.
Mit einer Klingenlänge von 100 mm und einer Stärke von 3 mm ist das Messer kompakt und lässt eine praxisgerechte Handhabung zu. Dank der Vollerlbauweise ist das „saubart“ zudem sehr stabil.
Für die Griffbeschalung wurde Hirschhorn gewählt. Dank der ausgeprägten Fingermulden in Kombination mit dem kräftigen Knebel aus Neusilber ergibt sich ein sicherer Halt beim Arbeiten mit diesem hochwertigen PUMA-Messer.
Für das sichere Führen und den Transport wird eine braune Sattellederscheide mitgeliefert.
Da wir Naturprodukte verarbeiten, sind optische Abweichungen zwischen Messerabbildung und den Originalen möglich.
