The PUMA soos specialist is equipped with a legally compliant drop-point blade and was developed and manufactured based on the tactical folder soost tactical. The black aluminum handle is ergonomically shaped and features ridges at the ends to ensure optimal grip and control forces. The extended blade spine in the handle allows for maximum shock resistance and stability, close to that of a fixed knife. The backlock closing mechanism with additional safety allows for a safer closing of the blade. Innovative is the use of generously sized dual-sided pocket clips (removable), which optimize the ergonomics in the grip core of the hand - and thus also the hold. A hardened glass breaker, which is also well-suited for self-defense (in both open and closed positions), optimizes the utility knife as a rescue tool. Closing the knife in two ways:
1. One briefly presses the spring lever, causing the blade to enter a quarter-closed position. By pressing further, the blade can be fully folded (safe closing).
2. One holds the spring lever down and closes in a swing.

Das PUMA soos specialist ist mit einer gesetzteskonformen Drop-Point-Klinge ausgestattet und wurde auf Basis des taktischen Folders soost tactical entwickelt und hergestellt.
Der schwarze Griff aus Aluminium ist ergonomisch geformt und mit Riffelungen an den Enden ausgestattet um optimale Halte- und Führungskräfte zu gewährleisten. Der weitergeführte Klingenrücken im Griff, ermöglicht ein Maximum an Stoßfestigkeit und Stabilität, nahe dem eines feststehenden Messers. Der Backlock-Schließmechansimus mit zusätzlicher Sicherung ermöglicht ein sichereres Schließen der Klinge.
Innovativ ist die Nutzung beidseitig großzügig dimensionierter Halteclips (abnehmbar), welche die Ergonomie im Griffkern der Hand - und somit auch den Halt – optimieren. Ein gehärteter Glasbrecher, der sich in seiner Form bestens auch zur Selbstverteidigung (in geöffnetem und in geschlossenem Zustand) eignet, optimiert das Einsatzmesser auch als Rettungstool.
Schließen des Messers auf zwei Arten:
1. Man drückt den Federhebel nur kurz, so gelangt die Klinge in eine Viertel-geschlossene Position. Durch ein weiteres Drücken kann die Klinge ganz eingeklappt werden (sicheres Schließen).
2. Man hält den Federhebel gedrückt und schließt in einem Schwenk.
