Das nach „Faun“, dem Gott der Natur und des Waldes benannte Jagdmesser besitzt eine voll durch den Griff gehende Klinge, gefertigt aus der Stahlsorte Sandvik 14C28N mit einer Härte von 60-62 HRC. Der Griffbereich ist ergonomisch geformt und trägt Backen aus Neusilber, die nicht nur formschön sondern auch funktional als Handschutz ausgestaltet sind.
