The pyrotechnic ammunition is approved in Germany according to the German Weapons Act (WaffenG), so it is considered ammunition in the sense of the Weapons Act. The restrictions imposed by the "sales ban on fireworks" only affect items with approval under the Explosives Act (SprengG), particularly the usual New Year's fireworks of category F2. For these items, the actually permissible sales period (last 3 working days) for 2020 is lifted by an amendment in §22 of the 1st Explosives Ordinance (1. SprengV). Our pyrotechnic ammunition is not affected by these restrictions!
Pyrotechnic ammunition classified as BAM PM1 may be fired year-round with signal or blank-firing weapons. Year-round use, acquisition, and possession are permitted from the completed 18th year of life.

Die Pyrotechnische Munition ist in Deutschland nach dem deutschen WaffenG zugelassen, so dass es sich um Munition i.S.d. WaffenG handelt. Die Einschränkungen durch das "Verkaufsverbot für Feuerwerk" betreffen ausschließlich Gegenstände mit einer Zulassung nach dem SprengG, insbesondere das übliche Silvesterfeuerwerk der Kategorie F2. Für diese Gegenstände wird durch eine Ergänzung in §22 der 1. SprengV der eigentlich zulässige Abgabezeitraum (letzte 3 Werktage) für 2020 aufgehoben. Unsere pyrotechnische Munition ist von diesen Einschränkungen nicht betroffen!
Pyrotechnische- Munition die der Klasse BAM PM1 zugeordnet sind, dürfen ganzjährig mit Signal- oder Schreckschusswaffen verschossen werden. Ganzjährig ist das Verwenden, der Erwerb und der Besitz ab dem vollendeten 18. Lebensjahr erlaubt.
