This version is strictly limited and comes with a 5+1 shot capacity and a 61cm long rifled barrel.

Hunters (hunting license), sports shooters (yellow WBK), collectors (red collector WBK), and firearms dealer permit (gun dealer).

Important note for sports shooters, as well as acquisition on "Yellow WBK":

Section 14, paragraph 6 of the Weapons Act allows the acquisition of repeating firearms with rifled barrels. This is such a weapon. As long as the prohibitions according to Annex 2 Section 1 of the Weapons Act do not apply (pistol grip instead of stock, <45, <95), the regulations for repeating firearms with rifled barrels are to be applied. The mere possibility of firing shotgun cartridges from this weapon does not make it a smooth-bore firearm.

Wichtiger Hinweis für Sportschützen, sowie der Erwerb auf "Gelbe WBK":

Der § 14 Abs. 6 WaffG erlaubt den Erwerb von Repetier-LW mit gezogenem Lauf. Es handelt sich hier um eine solche Waffe. Solange nicht die Verbote nach Anlage 2 Abschnitt 1 WaffG zutreffen (KW-Griff statt Schaft, <45, <95), sind die Regelungen für Rep-LW mit gezogenem Lauf anzuwenden. Die bloße Möglichkeit, Schrotpatronen aus dieser Waffe zu verschießen, macht sie nicht zu einer LW mit glattem Lauf.

Fazit: Sie können diese Vorderschaftsrepetierflinte mit gezogenem Lauf auf "Gelbe WBK" erwerben und schießsportlich für die dafür vorgesehene Disziplinen einsetzen! z.B. DSU LF1 / LF2 / LF3 / LF4 / LF5 etc. Es dürfen nur Flintenlaufgeschosse für diese Waffe erworben und eingesetzt werden!
