The Victory blank cartridges in caliber 9 mm R.K. from Pobjeda feature a stronger load and produce a very loud bang. Their cases are brass-plated. The blank ammunition can be reliably and safely fired with most of the commercially available 9 mm blank-firing revolvers with PTB approval. The nitrocellulose powder reduces the buildup of residues in the revolver.
