The G&G SSG-1 is an evolution of the popular TR16 MBR 556 series. The SSG-1 features a body made of polymer in a refreshed design. Furthermore, the SSG-1 series has the new Generation 2 gearbox with a quick spring change system. However, the standard red ETU (without magazine recognition) is installed here. New to this weapon is the microswitch trigger unit with Mosfet. Similar to an ASCU, it now has the advantages of a switch unit with a microswitch. The Mosfet located outside the gearbox is suitable for LiPo batteries. Only high-quality batteries specifically developed for the airsoft sector should be used here. High trigger speed is not the only advantage of the ETU. A battery is not included in the delivery. A charger is not included in the delivery. (Show description in original language)

Die G&G SSG-1 ist eine Weiterentwicklung der beliebten TR16 MBR 556 Serie. Die SSG-1 verfügt über einen aus Polymer hergestellten Body im aufgefrischten Design. Weiterhin besitzt die SSG-1 Serie die neue Generation 2 Gearbox mit Federschnellwechselsystem. Allerdings ist hier die normale rote ETU (ohne Magazinerkennung) verbaut. Neu an dieser Waffe ist die Mikroschalter-Abzugseinheit mit Mosfet. Ähnlich einer ASCU hat man nun die Vorteile einer Switchunit mit Mikroschalter. Das außerhalb der Gearbox sitzende Mosfet ist für LiPo Batterien geeignet. Hier sollten ausschließlich qualitativ hochwertige Akkus die speziell für den Airsoftbereich entwickelt wurden verwendet werden. Hohe Triggergeschwindigkeit ist aber nicht der einzige Vorteil der ETU. Ein Akku ist im Lieferumfang nicht inbegriffen. Ein Ladegerät ist im Lieferumfang nicht inbegriffen.
