According to the current nationwide legal amendment, the mechanical adaptation of multifunctional attachment optics to firearms is permitted. Thus, a multifunctional attachment optic with adapted weapon mounting is NOT a prohibited item. The item can therefore be freely purchased/possessed by holders of a valid hunting license. Use as a holder of a valid hunting license at shooting ranges, e.g., for the purpose of adjustment, is permitted.
The use in the context of hunting is subject to the hunting regulations of the respective federal state.

Nach aktueller bundesweiter Gesetzesänderung, ist die mechanische Adaption von multifunktionalen Vorsatzoptiken auf Schusswaffen erlaubt. Somit ist eine multifunktionale Vorsatzoptik mit adaptierter Waffenmontage KEIN verbotener Gegenstand. Der Gegenstand kann somit von Inhabern eines gültigen Jagscheines frei erworben/geführt werden. Die Nutzung als Inhaber eines gültigen Jagscheines auf Schiessständen, z.B. zum Zwecke der Justage ist erlaubt.
Die Nutzung im Rahmen der Jagd obliegt der Jagdverordnung des jeweiligen Bundeslandes.
