The L1A1 is a self-loading rifle (also known as SLR) built since 1954 by the British Royal Small Arms Factory in Enfield and is a licensed production of the assault rifle FN FAL developed by the Belgian company Fabrique National (FN).

The model features a folding carry handle, an adjustable flip-up rear sight, two sling attachment points, and a removable muzzle brake (with 14 mm left-hand thread).
The upper and lower receivers are made of a zinc alloy, the gearbox and gears are made of metal, and the stock, grip, and handguard are made of polymer plastic. The adjustable spin-up system and the very long barrel ensure optimal precision. The large battery compartment is housed in the stock and is easy to access.

Upper und Lower Receiver bestehen aus einer Zinklegierung, Gearbox und Gears werden aus Metall gefertigt, Schaft, Griffstück und Handguard sind aus Polymer-Kunststoff. Das einstellbare Spin-Up System und der sehr lange Lauf sorgen für eine optimale Präzision. Das große Akku Fach ist im Schaft untergebracht und ist einfach zu erreichen.
