With the X-range 8x42 binoculars, Minox primarily focuses on use in stalking and stand hunting. Hunters receive a high-quality optical instrument at a balanced price-performance ratio that guarantees safe identification in any situation.
Brilliant optics in a solid housing The coated ED lenses (ED = Extra-Low-Dispersion) deliver true-to-life and high-contrast images with excellent edge sharpness. The chromatic aberration of the optical system is significantly reduced. With the large field of view of the 8x42, you will never lose sight of your surroundings. The magnesium housing with a textured rubber coating is robust and withstands all weather conditions. It is filled with nitrogen to prevent internal fogging and is waterproof according to IPX7 protection class. In terms of size, the device feels good in the hand. Your fingers rest comfortably on the bridge that connects the two optical tubes. With the X-range 8x42, you can individually assign the buttons for operating the rangefinder – “Menu” and “Measure” – with their respective functions. This makes the binoculars suitable for both right- and left-handed users. The binoculars are also easy to operate with one hand. The focus wheel is well-sized and textured. The battery is also located in the wheel.
The laser rangefinder For large objects, the rangefinder has a measuring range of 2,800 m, and the distance to game can be accurately determined up to a distance of 1,600 m, even under challenging environmental conditions. You can adjust the OLED display in 5 levels to the current lighting conditions. The distance display can be shown in either meters or yards. It appears immediately after measurement with an angle display and correction. This can be helpful when shooting uphill during a mountain hunt. With a fully charged battery, you can take approximately 4,000 measurements.

Der Laser-Entfernungsmesser Bei großen Objekten hat der Entfernungsmesser eine Mess-Reichweite von 2.800 m, die Entfernung zum Wild ist bis auf eine Distanz 1.600 m exakt feststellbar, auch bei problematischen Umweltbedingungen. Das OLED-Display können Sie in 5 Stufen an die jeweils aktuellen Lichtverhältnisse anpassen. Die Anzeige der Entfernung können Sie wahlweise in Metern oder Yards erhalten. Sie erfolgt unmittelbar nach der Messung mit einer Winkelanzeige und -korrektur. Dies kann hilfreich sein, wenn Sie während einer Bergjagd nach oben schießen. Mit dem vollgeladenen Akku können Sie ca. 4.000 Messungen vornehmen.
