The latest generation of our SPARC® series harnesses the power of the sun for up to 150,000 hours of battery life.
Battery life ensures that this reliable, tactical machine is always ready for you.
The SPARC Solar is our smartest Red Dot yet. The Auto D-TEC™ technology of the SPARC automatically switches from solar to battery operation when solar energy cannot currently power the dot.
With motion activation capability, the SPARC is always ready, and its daylight-bright 2-MOA dot provides a clear, precise aiming point - near and far, day and night - with the SPARC® Solar, you are always prepared.
You have the choice of 10 daylight settings and two night vision-compatible brightness levels.

HOW DOES THE SPARC SOLAR DIFFER FROM OTHER VORTEX® MODELS?
The SPARC® SOLAR is solar and battery-powered, utilizes Auto D-TEC™ technology, and features motion activation in sleep mode. The 22mm sight window is larger than that of the SPARC® AR and the Crossfire® Red Dot.
WHAT IS AUTO D-TEC™ TECHNOLOGY?
The Auto D-TEC™ technology detects ambient light conditions and automatically draws power from the solar panel or switches to battery operation when solar energy is insufficient to operate the device.
DOES THE RED DOT WORK WITHOUT A BATTERY?
Yes, if there is sufficient solar power, the device will function even without an installed battery.
WHAT IS MOTION ACTIVATION?
With motion activation, the SPARC SOLAR can be left in sleep mode and automatically comes back to life when it is needed.
