The 9mm Super Comp (9x23) has been given a new design and a new headstamp since July 7, 2003. The headstamp has been changed to 9x23 Comp to allow for easier identification, as it looked too similar to the headstamp of the .38 Super Comp. At the same time, the interior design has been slightly modified to allow for the seating of heavier bullets (e.g., 147 grains), but this change in no way affects the performance of the case when using lighter bullets. Die 9mm Super Comp (9x23) ist ab dem 7.7.03 mit einem neuen Design und einer neuen Kopfprägung versehen. Die Kopfprägung wurde in 9x23 Comp geändert, um eine einfachere Identifizierung zu ermöglichen, da sie zu ähnlich der Kopfprägung des .38 Super Comp aussah. Gleichzeitig wurde das Innenraumdesign geringfügig geändert, um das Setzen schwererer Geschosse (z. B. 147 Grain) zu ermöglichen, aber diese Änderung beeinflusst in keiner Weise die Leistung des Gehäuses bei Verwendung leichterer Geschosse.
