Copper Plated Bullets LOS copper bullets consist of compact lead cores and a special thick coating. This provides the bullets with maximum protection against lead, making them excellent for shooting in indoor ranges. The bullets are additionally calibrated to achieve the highest possible performance. Process & Technology Copper-plated LOS bullets are manufactured using the swaging process. The lead cores are made from a carefully constructed lead-antimony alloy to ensure the appropriate bullet hardness and compactness. Subsequently, the lead cores are plated with pure electrolytic copper using the galvanizing process. The LOS plating is a special procedure in which we ensure that each bullet has a very compact and thick coating. Copper Plated BulletsLOS-Kupfergeschosse bestehen aus kompakten Bleikernen und einer speziellen dicken Panzerung. Dadurch erhalten die Geschosse maximalen Schutz vor Blei, wodurch sie sich hervorragend für das Schießen in Innenschießständen eignen. Geschosse werden zusätzlich kalibriert, um die höchstmögliche Leistung zu erzielen. Prozess & Technologie Verkupferte LOS-Geschosse werden im Stauchverfahren hergestellt. Bleikerne bestehen aus einer sorgfältig konstruierten Blei-Antimon-Legierung, um die entsprechende Geschosshärte und Kompaktheit zu gewährleisten. Anschließend werden die Bleiadern im Galvanisierungsverfahren mit reinem Elektrolytkupfer plattiert. Die LOS-Plattierung ist ein spezielles Verfahren, bei dem wir sicherstellen, dass jedes Geschoss eine sehr kompakte und dicke Panzerung hat.
