This grinding wheel is aimed at everyone for whom maximum sharpness of their knives is important. The wheel is specially made for Horl in Japan by knife sharpening experts. First, your knife should be pre-ground with the two corundum stones in 3000 and 6000 grit, in order to finally create a mirror-polished edge with the grinding grit of the Kagami. Additionally, you should moisten the wheel with water before the grinding process.
