GEBU balls are cast from precision molds and subsequently graphitized. In contrast to pressed balls, these are truly "round" and are characterized by very low dimensional and weight tolerances. Only pure soft lead alloyed with 2.5% tin is used for production.

For an additional charge of €6.00/pack, you can also have our balls in "rolled" version. In this process, the balls are rolled between two ground steel plates after graphitizing until the cutting surface and the last irregularities are eliminated.

GEBU Kugeln werden aus Präzisionskokillen gegossen
und anschließend graphitiert. Im Gegensatz zu gepressten
Kugeln sind diese wirklich "rund" und zeichnen sich durch
sehr geringe Maß-und Gewichtstoleranzen aus.
Zur Herstellung wird nur reines Hüttenweichblei legiert
mit 2,5% Zinn verwendet.

Gegen einen Aufpreis von 6,-€/Pck. können Sie unsere
Kugeln auch in "gerollter" Ausführung haben.
Bei diesem Arbeitsgang werden die Kugeln nach dem
Graphitieren zwischen zwei geschliffenen Stahlplatten
gerollt bis die Abschneidfläche und die letzten Unebenheiten
beseitigt sind,
Ergebnis: "DIE ABSOLUTE WETTKAMPFKUGEL"
