Das Führen (auch von erlaubnisfreien) Waffen erfordert einen Waffenschein, das Schießen ist nur auf zugelassenen Schießstätten oder mit Schießerlaubnis erlaubt.
Das Führen ohne Waffenschein, z.B. beim Transport, ist nur zu einem vom Bedürfnis umfassten Zweck oder im Zusammenhang damit im verschlossenen Behältnis
und ungeladen zulässig. Die Waffe darf nicht schussbereit und nicht zugriffsbereit sein. Jagdrechtliche Bestimmungen können hiervon abweichen.
