The modern SFP9L striker-fired pistol is a fully pre-tensioned system with a single action trigger in caliber 9 mm Luger.
SFP stands for "Striker Fired Pistol" and translates the weapon as a striker-fired pistol. The pistol comes standard with unique characteristics and innovative details. Patented loading aids in the rear closure area simplify and support injury-free loading. Disassembling the pistol is tool-free and offers maximum safety to prevent accidents due to a forced sequence of actions. Disassembly of the weapon is impossible without removing the magazine. Unlike comparable pistol models, the weapon automatically relaxes when disassembling. Additionally, the trigger does not need to be actuated before the disassembly process. The magazine and grip concept have been adopted from the Heckler & Koch P 30, which features a hammer instead of a striker.
To individually adjust the grip, the SFP 9 is delivered with six interchangeable side panels and three backstraps.
Since the controls (magazine and slide release lever) are arranged on both sides, the weapon is easy to operate for both right- and left-handed shooters.
The optimal grip ergonomics and the short trigger pull and reset allow for very fast shooting sequences, the polygonal barrel provides excellent precision and is very durable. The SFP9L model is the sport variant in the model series, which has a 127 mm long barrel compared to the standard pistol. The LPA micrometer sight equipped with a red fiber optic front sight facilitates aiming even in poor light conditions, and the longer sight line reduces aiming errors.

Die moderne SFP9L Schlagbolzenschlosspistole ist ein voll vorgespanntes System mit Single Action Abzug im Kaliber 9 mm Luger.
SFP steht für „Striker Fired Pistol“ und beschreibt die Waffe übersetzt als Schlagbolzenschloss Pistole.
Die Pistole verfügt serienmäßig über einzigartige Charakteristika und innovative Details. Patentierte Durchladehilfen im hinteren Verschlussbereich vereinfachen und unterstützen ein verletzungsfreies Durchladen. Das Zerlegen der Pistole erfolgt werkzeuglos und bietet höchste Sicherheit zur Vermeidung von Unfällen durch einen erzwungenen Handlungsablauf. Ohne Entnahme des Magazins ist eine Zerlegung der Waffe unmöglich. Entgegen vergleichbarer Pistolenmodelle entspannt die Waffe automatisch beim Zerlegen. Zudem muss der Abzug vor dem Demontagevorgang nicht betätigt werden.
Magazin und Griffkonzept wurden von der Heckler & Koch P 30 übernommen, die statt des Schlagbolzenschlosses über einen Schlaghahn verfügt.
Zum individuellen Anpassen des Griffstückes wird die SFP 9 mit sechs auswechselbaren Seitenplatten und drei Griffrücken ausgeliefert.
Da die Bedienelemente (Magazin- und Verschlussauslösehebel) beidseitig angeordnet sind, ist die Waffe von Recht- und Linksschützen leicht zu bedienen.
Durch die optimale Griffstückergonomie und den kurzen Abzugs- und Rückstellweg werden sehr schnelle Schussfolgen möglich, der Polygonlauf liefert eine ausgezeichnete Präzision und ist sehr
langlebig.
Das Modell SFP9L ist die Sportvariante in der Modellreihe, das im Gegensatz zur Standard-
pistole einen 127 mm langen Lauf hat.
Die mit einem roten Fiberglaskorn ausgestattete LPA-Mikrometervisierung erleichtert das Zielen auch bei schlechten Lichtbedingungen, die längere Visierlinie verringert Zielfehler.
