The construction of the folding struts on the prone tripod allows the shooter to position the tripod very close and ergonomically to the shooting position. A ball joint supports the positioning of the spotting scope. The folding struts as well as the Y-shaped base are milled from solid aluminum and can be quickly assembled and disassembled using a plug-in system. With just a few hand movements, the tripod can be quickly and tool-free disassembled in a space-saving manner. The prone tripod has a total weight including the ball joint of 770 g.
