El 1911 IGNITION SET WITH COMMANDER HAMMER está fabricado con acero de herramienta de alta calidad para ofrecer un ajuste preciso y un funcionamiento fiable y consistente en las condiciones más exigentes. Cada parte es tratada con wire EDM y mecanizada en CNC para lograr una tolerancia precisa de +/- .0005″. Luego, se trata térmicamente a Rc 53 – 56, se pule y se lija para brindar un servicio extremo en tu pistola.
Características del producto:
El martillo está ligeramente estrechado para evitar el contacto no deseado con la corredera o el eyector.
Presenta la configuración estándar de orificio redondo original.
El espolón tiene profundas estrías para ayudarte a mantener el control del martillo.
Las esquinas exteriores están biseladas con máquina CNC para minimizar enganches y abrasiones.
El sear está diseñado para minimizar el material en exceso, reduciendo el peso.
La nariz del sear presenta un ángulo primario pulido y un ángulo de ruptura.
Las superficies completamente pulidas garantizan un funcionamiento suave en los puntos de contacto entre el disconnector, el sear y el hammer.
Disponible en color natural o con martillo IonBond negro. Endurecido a Rc 53-56. Puede requerir algún ajuste.
