Este es tu firing pin stop si tienes un 1911 de calibre 9×19, especialmente aquellos con deslizadores del modelo Gov’t. El Extreme Service Firing Pin Stop está fabricado con CNC a partir de un acero de herramienta tratado con aceite, elegido por su equilibrio entre resistencia al impacto y al desgaste.
La dureza GI es de 44-50 y Harrison Design busca un rango de 46-48 Rc. El Extreme Service FPS tiene un ancho de .480″ para que pueda ajustarse a tu deslizadero y extractor, evitando el «clocking» del extractor. Tiene almohadillas de ajuste chanfradas a cada lado para facilitar tu trabajo y mejorar el ajuste del FPS en el deslizadero.
Además, cuenta con un radio de tamaño máximo mecanizado en la esquina trasera inferior, lo que facilita la apertura del deslizadero con el cartucho de 9mm. Esto reducirá el ciclo lento que muchos 1911 de 9mm presentan.
El firing pin stop está configurado para el modelo Series 70, modelo Gov’t de 9mm, además del Commander y modelos más pequeños.
