1951 wurde die nach dem gleichnamigen Konstrukteur benannte Selbstladepistole Modell Makarov in der ehemaligen Sowjetunion beim Militär eingeführt. Später übernahmen diverse Länder des damaligen Warschauer Paktes dieses Modell als Ordonnanzwaffe für Polizei und Militär. Wie das Original verfügt auch dieses CO₂-Modell über ein Single- und Double-Action-System sowie alle funktionsrelevanten Bedienelemente und einen beweglichen Schlitten. Die robuste Verarbeitung zeigt sich besonders darin, dass alle wichtigen Bestandteile wie Griffstück, Schlitten und die äußeren Bedienelemente komplett aus Metall bestehen.
