These headspace gauge inserts are designed to ensure quick and precise measurement of cartridge headspace. Made to measure the cartridge shoulder during Full Length die setup. We normally recommend a reduction between .001” and .002” for fired and resized cases in bolt-action rifles, and between .003” and .005” for semi-automatic firearms. Proper shoulder resizing is crucial for ammunition accuracy as it chambers with the same pressure every time without causing imbalances. These inserts require the dedicated Body (sold separately) to be used. Made of steel to prevent wear and resist acids.

Questi inserti per la misurazione dello spazio di testa (headspace) sono progettati per garantire una misurazione rapida e precisa dello spazio di testa dei bossoli. Realizzati per misurare la spalla del bossolo durante il settaggio dei dies Full Length. Normalmente raccomandiamo un’abbassamento tra .001” e .002” tra bossolo sparato e ricalibrato per carabine bolt action, mentre tra .003” e .005” per armi semiautomatiche Effettuare una corretta ricalibratura della spalla è importantissimo ai fini della precisione di una munizione in quanto questa verrà camerata ogni volta con la stessa pressione senza creare scompensi. Questi inserti per essere utilizzati necessitano del Body dedicato (venduto separatamente). In acciaio per prevenire l’usura e per essere inattaccabili dagli acidi.
