Il sistema ottico beneficia del rivestimento KITE MHR. Un sistema di rivestimento che offre un completo trattamento multistrato su tutte le superfici delle lenti, oltre a un rivestimento altamente riflettente per il prisma. Questo porta a un'eccellente bilanciamento dei colori e a un'immagine luminosa e nitida.
Il KITE URSUS è completamente impermeabile e riempito di azoto, quindi non può verificarsi condensa all'interno. Il telaio è completamente rivestito con una robusta armatura in gomma per proteggere al meglio lo strumento da urti e vibrazioni.

URSUS ist das Einstiegsmodell der professionellen Dachkantenserie KITE OPTICS. Es ist ein einfach zu bedienendes Allround-Fernglas, das für den täglichen Gebrauch entwickelt wurde und mit einer umfassenden 30-jährigen Garantie geliefert wird. Das optische System profitiert von der KITE MHR-Beschichtung. Ein Beschichtungssystem, das eine vollständige Mehrfachbeschichtung aller Linsenoberflächen sowie eine hochreflektierende Beschichtung des Prismas bietet. Dies führt zu einer hervorragenden Farbbalance und einem hellen und scharfen Bild.
Der KITE URSUS ist vollständig wasserdicht und mit Stickstoff gefüllt, sodass keine Kondensation von innen auftreten kann. Das Chassis ist komplett mit einer starken Gummiarmierung versehen, um das Instrument optimal vor Stößen und Erschütterungen zu schützen.
