Hornady 6.5 Creedmoor con proiettile ELD Match nella versione da 120gr. Il proiettile ELD (Extrem Low Drag) Match è stato sviluppato da Hornady specificamente per tiri a lunga distanza e presenta una punta rossa distintiva - lo scudo termico che è immune al riscaldamento aerodinamico e garantisce una punta perfetta. Grazie al lungo proiettile ELD da 120gr si ottiene un coefficiente balistico molto elevato, il che porta a un vantaggio decisivo nei tiri a lunghe distanze. Inoltre, grazie al proiettile .264 stretto ma veloce, si riduce la deviazione causata dal vento rispetto ad altri calibri Short Action. La 6.5 Creedmoor è stata sviluppata appositamente per il Long Range Target Shooting ed è la prima scelta quando si desidera mantenere un sistema Short Action.

Hornady 6.5 Creedmoor mit ELD Match Geschoss in der 120gr Ausführung. Das ELD (Extrem Low Drag) Match Projektil wurde von Hornady speziell für Long Range Schüsse entwickelt und besitzt eine markante rote Spitze - das Hitzeschild was gegen aerodynamischer Erhitzung immun ist und eine perfekte Spitze gewährleistet. Durch das lange 120gr ELD Geschoss bekommt man einen sehr hohen ballistischen Koeffizenten was bei Schüssen auf weite Distanzen den entscheidenden Vorteil bringt. Ebenfalls wird durch das schmale aber schnelle .264 Projektil die Abweichung durch Windeinfluss im Vergleich zu anderen Short Action Kalibern verringert. Die 6.5 Creedmoor wurde extra für Long Range Target Shooting entwickelt und ist hierfür auch die erste Wahl wenn es ein Short Action System bleiben soll.
