In keeping with SHIELD's continued efforts to drive innovation and design in the illuminated dot sight arena, we are pleased to announce the release of the RMSsc, the first in a new line of micro-compact illuminated dot sights for concealed carry handguns and small handguns.
The RMSsc follows the SHIELD ethos of fit, form and function, offering EDC and CCW users a new level of comfort and concealability while retaining all the core features of SHIELD products.
Designed from the ground up with size and concealability in mind, the new case ensures minimal drag and a reduced footprint signature. The ease of use allows the user maximum response time in any situation, while the elimination of controls reduces potential sources of error.
All while maintaining the standard SHIELD footprint in one of the most appealing products on the market.
Handmade in the United Kingdom
Standard SHIELD dimensions - enabling downward and upward compatibility with our full range of pistol-based optics.
Smallest micro-dot sight on the market - easy to conceal, low-drag housing design allows for fast draw and aiming.
Low height above the barrel axis - allows co-witness function with standard height iron sights when mounted on a direct mount or with our low profile mounting kit.
Always on - no wake-up or push-button activation required; just pull, aim and shoot.
Weighs only 16.1 g (without battery).
Automatic brightness adjustment - the photodiode measures ambient light thousands of times per second, so you have one less thing to think about in critical situations.
Minimal frame design - allows an unobstructed field of view for maximum situational awareness.
Anodized T6 6082 aerospace grade aluminum - provides superior corrosion resistance and the highest strength of the 6000 series alloys.
All-new crystal clear glass lens - with no magnification or color coating.
Minimal, compact housing design - for improved stealth and performance.
CR1632 3V lithium battery - average life: 1 year.
