The Merino Womens Base Layer Set is designed for women seeking natural thermal regulation, superior comfort, and exceptional moisture-wicking performance. Crafted from 100% mulesing-free Merino wool from New Zealand, this base layer feels luxuriously soft against the skin and helps maintain an even body temperature throughout the day in the field.
Whether remaining still on the hunt, moving actively through the forest, or spending multiple days in the wild, Merino wool serves as a natural climate control—keeping you warm in cold conditions and allowing excess heat to escape during periods of higher activity.
100% Merino Wool from New Zealand
Made from 100% Merino wool from New Zealand, recognized as one of the world's finest technical fibers for performance wear. Merino wool is naturally soft, elastic, and expertly regulates temperature, making it an ideal choice for hunting, trekking, and other demanding outdoor pursuits requiring all-day comfort.
Soft 19.5 Micron Quality
With an ultra-fine wool fiber of just 19.5 microns, the material feels smooth and gentle directly against the skin—eliminating the itchiness often associated with traditional wool. The fabric weight of 200 g/m² delivers an optimal balance of warmth, lightness, and freedom of movement, allowing the set to be worn through much of the year.
Natural Temperature Regulation and Moisture Management
Merino wool effectively wicks moisture away from the body while retaining insulating properties—even when damp. This natural fiber helps maintain a steady core temperature whether you're actively hunting or waiting in a stand. Merino is also naturally odor-resistant, keeping the base layer comfortable across multiple days of intensive use.
Responsibly Sourced Wool
The wool is mulesing-free, sourced from sheep that have not undergone the controversial mulesing process. This ensures a base layer that combines high performance, long-lasting durability, and a commitment to animal welfare.
