The Merino Mens Base Layer Set is designed for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts seeking natural temperature regulation, exceptional comfort, and superior moisture-wicking performance. Made from 100% mulesing-free merino wool sourced from New Zealand, this base layer provides a soft feel against the skin while maintaining a consistent body temperature throughout the day.
Whether sitting still on a hunt, actively moving through the woods, or spending days outdoors, merino wool acts as a natural regulator—keeping you warm in cold conditions and cool when your activity level rises.
Premium New Zealand Merino Wool
This base layer is crafted from 100% New Zealand merino wool, one of the most highly regarded wools for technical performance garments. Merino wool is naturally soft, elastic, and temperature-regulating—making it an ideal choice for hunting, trekking, and any activity where long-term comfort matters.
Exceptional Softness for Maximum Comfort
With fine wool fibers measuring only 19.5 microns, the material is incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin, free from the itchiness often associated with conventional wool. A material weight of 200 g/m² strikes the perfect balance between warmth, low weight, and freedom of movement, making the set suitable for use year-round.
Natural Temperature Regulation and Moisture Management
Merino wool has the unique ability to wick away moisture while retaining its insulating properties, even when damp. This helps keep your body at an even temperature during both active pursuits and periods of rest, and its natural odor resistance prevents unwanted smells during extended wear.
Responsibly Sourced Wool
The wool is mulesing-free, meaning it comes from sheep that have not undergone the controversial mulesing process. This ensures the base layer is produced with greater animal welfare in mind, without compromising on performance or quality.
