When it comes to size this CMMG® Mk47™ is the middle child of the bunch. With a 12.5” barrel it’s the longest configuration in the RESOLUTE® series, offering the right blend between maneuverability and ballistic performance. The Mk47 platform is CMMG’s mid-size AR platform, utilizing more robust receivers and components, like our PowerBolt Technology, without adding unneeded bulkiness. If the magwell on the Mk47s looks ready to take AK-pattern magazines, you would be right. Since AK magazines were designed around the 7.62x39mm cartridge we figured if it’s not broke why fix it? Compatible accessories see under this article, accessories. The image shows the previous model When it comes to the platform, Mk47 is a unique mid-size hybrid that uses larger more robust components in a scaled-down form factor, like our PowerBolt Technology, for maximum durability without the unnecessary bulk and weight of the larger Mk3(AR10/LR308) platform for 7.62x39mm. From the quick deploying RIPSTOCK®, to the stylized receivers and EML™ handguards, every RESOLUTE with 12.5 inch barrel is tailor-made to be the personal defense weapon you can always depend on. With full length M-LOK® slots on both sides and the bottom of the handguard as well as M-LOK between the top picatinny rail sections, you’ll always have enough space for those must have accessories. Mk47 ZEROED parts and accessories – Quality comes standard The AR platform is well known for its capability for customization but picking the right parts doesn’t have to be a nightmare of homework. CMMG’s ZEROED parts and accessories are made here in the USA with quality and attention to detail that is second to none and each RESOLUTE Mk47 comes equipped with a slew of ZEROED parts standard, including: ZEROED Pistol Grip ZEROED 60°/90° Ambi Safety ZEROED Mk47 Ambi Charging Handle ZEROED AR15 Polymer Dust Cover ZEROED Muzzle Brake 308 WIN PLATFORM MK47 CALIBER 7.62X39MM OPERATING SYSTEM DIRECT IMPINGEMENT BARREL LENGTH 12.5 BARREL TWIST 1:10 BARREL CONTOUR MT BARREL MATERIAL 4140CM, SBN BARREL TWIST 1:10 MUZZLE DEVICE CMMG ZEROED MUZZLE BRAKE MUZZLE THREAD 5/8 X 24 GAS PORT LOCATION CARBINE GAS BLOCK 0.750" NON-ADJUSTABLE UPPER RECEIVER BILLET 7075 T6 ALUMINUM LOWER RECEIVER MK47 BILLET 7075 T6 HAND GUARD CMMG EML11 M-LOK FINISH CERAKOTE ARMOR BLACK CHARGING HANDLE CMMG ZEROED AMBI PISTOL GRIP CMMG ZEROED PISTOL GRIP BUFFER TYPE CARBINE RECEIVER EXTENSION CMMG 6 POSITION FASTBACK EXTENSION STOCK / BRACE CMMG RIPSTOCK TRIGGER TYPE MIL-SPEC SINGLE STAGE TRIGGER GUARD INTEGRATED SAFETY SELECTOR CMMG ZEROED 60/90 DEGREE MAGAZINE MAGPUL 10 ROUND PMAG WEIGHT 6.5 LBS LENGTH 28.7" MADE IN THE USA
