For GPO, the RANGEGUIDE™ 3200 8×40 and 10×40 is the logical and consistent continuation of the extremely successful rangefinder line with the "big brother" 8×50/10×50 and the particularly compact models 8×32/10×32. Binoculars with 40 mm objectives have long been the most popular size among hunters worldwide. With the new 40 mm models, GPO responds to the wishes of many customers and sets a new market standard: Behind the high-quality exterior design lies a magnesium housing with a magnesium bridge (and tripod thread). As a result, the x40 RANGEGUIDE weighs only an incredible 747 or 713 g. With an overall length of just 137 or 132 mm, it is one of the most compact in this class and extremely easy to handle. The high-quality HD lens system with red OLED display shines with brilliant optics and unique fields of view of 135 m or 112 m (at 1000 m). Now hunters can pack a lightweight and compact device without compromising on optical quality, the ability to see the target in low light conditions, or the speed and accuracy of the laser rangefinder. Thanks to our optoelectronic expertise, this compact device is even more powerful than the previous x50 and x32 models. It measures targets at distances of up to 3,200 m, features an integrated angle compensation (for horizontal distances), and is the fastest on the market with 4 measurements per second. In addition to the manually adjustable brightness control of the display in nine levels, it also offers an automatic brightness adjustment setting (depending on ambient brightness). It also has a BEST and LAST target function and additionally measures temperature, air pressure, and humidity. The display of all measurement values can be switched between metric and imperial in the menu.

Es verfügt außerdem über eine BEST- und LAST-Zielfunktion und misst zusätzlich Temperatur, Luftdruck und Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Anzeige aller Messwerte kann im Menü zwischen metrisch und imperial umgeschaltet werden.
