With no need to permanently alter the stock tang as it fits inside the adapter and tube. This product will take your AK into the twenty first century with the looks and the adjustability of a M4. We also incorporated QD (quick disconnects) on both sides of the AK stock adapter. This is a must have for any Mikhail Kalashnikov enthusiasts.
