E-pulz gehört zur VOLT!-Reihe von Lesli und wird als Fächer beschrieben. Diese Schussform ist dokumentiert. Der herangezogene Text nennt jedoch keine einzelnen Farben oder Bukettformen. Auch eine besondere Geräuscharmut oder ein ruhiger Schusstakt ist daraus nicht belegt; die bisherige Beschreibung als „ruhiger Showmoment“ wird deshalb durch eine sachliche Fächerbeschreibung ersetzt.
Die technischen Daten nennen 36 Schüsse, 20 mm Kaliber und 20 Sekunden Dauer. Die Nettoexplosivstoffmasse beträgt 360 g pro Konsumenteneinheit.
