Pistol Reck Commander Cal. 8 mm PTB 238 1980 vintage

Pistol Reck Commander Cal. 8 mm PTB 238 1980 vintageVarious blank-firing guns, alarm pistols, starter pistols, gas guns, SRS and whatever else they are called are offered, some inherited or collected by me. Many of these guns come from my father, they were acquired in the 60s (guns from those years were made of steel and were German quality with only minor changes compared to their live counterparts, i.e. the minimalist barrel block), I gathered this from the enclosed labels and related invoices or notes, with purchase date and DM price. They spent their time in a larger display case, mostly without firing, if then only one or two magazines in all those years. The PTB numbers provide information about the year of approval. Packaging was usually disposed of along with cleaning brushes and possibly enclosed instructions, as my father as a hunter and former soldier and later me, were clear about the operation, function and cleaning of these guns, not so nice for ambitious collectors. This is about:Signal and blank-firing pistol Reck Commander Cal. 8 mmPistol with original wooden grip panels with checkering, one Reck emblem missingCaliber: 8 mm gas and blank cartridgeTotal length: approx. 155 mmHeight: approx. 120 mmWidth: approx. 28 mmBarrel length: approx. 83 mmWeight: approx. 618 gMagazine: 7 +1 roundsNote: Extremely high-quality manufacturing, in feel & appearance indistinguishable from a live firearm.
