Age verification required! Manufacturer: Glock GmbH, Deutsch-Wagram, Austria  The Glock field knife 81 is a further development of the field knife 78; unlike the FM 78, the FM 81 has a saw. The field knife 78 was developed for and in cooperation with the Austrian Armed Forces and introduced there, as well as in numerous other armed forces and special units worldwide. The FM 81 has a black blade to avoid revealing reflections in a survival situation behind enemy lines. The coating also serves as corrosion protection for the rust-resistant spring steel blade. The handle is made of high-quality and durable Glock polymer plastic. As a military multipurpose knife, it is also optimized for close combat, is well balanced, and is therefore also suitable as a throwing knife. A safety sheath with thumb clip ensures secure carrying and quick access to the knife. The knife is not stainless and should always be wiped dry and lightly oiled.  Specifications:Knife type: multipurpose knife/utility knifeBlade shape: spear point, fixed with saw backBlade material: SAE 1095 carbon steelHardness (Rockwell): 55 HRCCoating: phosphatedSaw: 16 teethBlade length: 16.50 cmBlade thickness: 3.20 mmTotal length: 29.0 cmWeight: 204 gHandle material: Glock polymer, color graySheath: Glock polymer with thumb clip, color gray
