Sale as is.More info and viewing gladly possible by arrangement. As long as the item is listed, it is still available. Since I understandably cannot offer 1 year warranty on the items, only personal pickup, bank transfer or Paypal (Friends&Family) are possible. Shipping is normally done with DHL as an insured package for €7.90.If another carrier is desired, this can be arranged for a fair surcharge. Pickup by arrangement is also gladly possible. If you do not agree with this, please refrain from making any offers. Since the new EU DIRECTIVE now provides 1 year warranty also for private sales - unless the seller excludes it - I declare that I do not assume any warranty under the EU directive for my privately sold items. By purchasing the goods, you expressly agree to waive the warranty / guarantee. There is no right of withdrawal or return for new or used items purchased from me(§312dAbs.4Nr.5BGB) The sale is made excluding any liability for material defects.Liability for damages due to injury to health, body or life and grossly negligent and/or intentional breaches of my duties as a seller remains unaffected.
