I have two original Russian muzzle brakes from Izhmash, one with a front 8mm opening (suitable for 5.45 and .223) and one with a front 10mm opening (suitable for 7.62).I would be willing to trade one for a 24x1.5 mm Flash Hider from Arsenal.If the trade offer is interesting for you, feel free to get in touch!I can gladly send detailed photos of either one if needed.Technical details and notes:Both are the so-called civilian export version – meaning the first expansion chamber at the front has no closure, as you can hopefully see in the pictures. Unlike the military part, no pressure builds up here that would otherwise be released through the 3 compensator holes. Therefore, the part does not really function as a compensator. However, this is mostly relevant for sustained fire, so it is hardly or not at all significant for civilian shooting. It still functions as a muzzle brake/recoil reducer and flash hider.Both are excellently manufactured and surface-treated (phosphated and finally coated with gun lacquer).Both fit perfectly on the thread for me, meaning they could be screwed on fully or almost fully to the stop.Factory inspection marks present on both.The 8mm shows moderate signs of use from handling and has a slightly deeper black tone with a bit more gloss.The 10mm shows hardly any signs of use.
