Clearance of my collection: fore-end repeater Farbarm Model Imperator Cal. 12/76

The Fabarm Imperator in the powerful caliber 12/76 Magnum is one of the best-known and most robust pump-action shotguns on the European market. It gained great popularity from the 1980s among sport shooters, hunters, and in official use.The shotgun was created through a successful cooperation between two well-known players in the European firearms industry. The weapon was developed and manufactured by the traditional Italian gunmaker FABARM (Fabbrica Bresciana di Armi) in Travagliato. Fabarm is world-renowned for excellent barrel grouping and durable receivers. The German and Central European market was primarily supplied through the former Wischo Jagd- und Sportwaffen GmbH. Depending on the year of manufacture and import batch, the weapon is therefore stamped either Fabarm Imperator or Wischo Imperator. The Imperator series was characterized by innovative detailed solutions. Thanks to the generous 76 mm cartridge chamber, the weapon offers maximum flexibility. Both standard sporting cartridges in caliber 12/70 and extremely powerful Magnum loads (e.g., for hunting wild boar with slugs or tough official use) can be safely fired. It is made from a high-strength Ergal aluminum alloy from aerospace, which saved weight and simultaneously prevented any rust formation on the system. A trademark of Fabarm was the pump system controlled by two sturdy action bars, enabling extremely fast and jam-free reloading. The weapon comes from an inherited collection that I am gradually dissolving after careful consideration. It is not easy to part with these pieces, but they should go into the hands of people who appreciate their quality and history.The rifle can of course be viewed and inspected on site by appointment. I place great value on transparency so you can personally verify the condition of the weapon.It was modified for the 2003 legal change and the new barrel registered.The price is negotiable.
