FRONT LOADER Pedersoli Le Page percussion .44 from 1980 at request incl accessories

I am offering a used Pedersoli Le Page from the year 1980. The weapon is in very good condition with slight signs of use, as it has been occasionally used over the last 46 years. According to the proof marks, it was sold through Neumann (the then representative of Pedersoli).There are slight wear marks visible on the edges (see pictures). I will spare you the general technical advantages of these pistol models, as there are specialized dealers who constantly repeat all of this. (Finely adjustable trigger, finger hook, disassemblable, etc...)Let’s rather mention the details that cannot be found in ANY catalog, and highlight the craftsmanship that is missing in today’s mass productions. The entire item can also be viewed and compared in person on-site.The grip is cleanly crafted and has no visible dents or notches. Particularly noteworthy is the careful workmanship of the early Le Page models from Pedersoli. Over the years, many things have been simplified, which is noticeable in the workmanship.The more pronounced areas on the wood of the grip, the finger grooves for a better grip when loading, as well as the angular finish at the grip provide better support when aiming. These details differ significantly from the versions from around 2008.The muzzle was also worked differently back then to facilitate the loading process.Moreover, the decorations of the pistol were still genuinely engraved at that time and not, as is often seen, crookedly laser-etched. The earlier models also have a shorter barrel, which results in a lower weight. About 100 grams have been added over the years as production was simplified.Upon request, an aluminum case with two keys, ball starter, funnel, loading rod, and powder measure are available. Additionally, there is a wooden box in which I transported the balls, as well as a handful of round balls and patches that are not pictured. Everything is used, but quite usable for a newcomer. It is not rocket science to cut a few foam inserts in the case so that everything can be stored securely.The pistol was used by me as a reserve weapon and spent most of its time in the dark gun cabinet; occasionally, newcomers in the club were allowed to use it to take their first shots, as this short version was easier for beginners and especially for women to hold on target. I have also listed another Le Page from 1981.
