Swiss Bayonet M1918 ELSENER SCHWYZ

For sale is a very well-preserved Swiss M1918 bayonet from surplus stock.The bayonet is in its original condition. The finish on the scabbard is worn, which is normal for a bayonet that has been in use. The blade itself is absolutely flawless and the tip may appear somewhat "angular" in the pictures, but in reality, it is exactly as it was at the time of issue.A nice detail is that the small leather strap has not been simply cut off, as is often the case, to fit a newer frog or belt hook. By intentionally cutting it off, the charm and especially the collector's value would be lost.Proof of age required.The location is in Germany, international shipping is not a problem.
