Description

The arms dealer WH e.K. offers:Walther/Ulm, Model TPH, Cal. 6.35 mm Browning, pocket pistol, very good     The Walther TPH (pocket pistol with hammer) is a semi-automatic pistol from the arms manufacturer Carl Walther GmbH. After the end of World War II, a market segment remained initially overlooked at Walther. After all, they had successfully manufactured pocket pistols for the civilian market until the end of the war. However, it was not until 1961 that small pistols for self-defense reappeared with the TP (pocket pistol) and in 1969 with the TPH (pocket pistol with hammer). The Walther TP was launched in 1961 and was produced until 1971 in calibers 6.35 mm Browning and .22 lfb. It technically follows the model of the pocket pistol Model 9, but is significantly larger and has a modified contour. The most obvious change is the relocation of the safety lever from the left grip side to the left slide side. Early models in 6.35 mm Browning bear the inscription on the left slide side: Model TP Cal. 6.35mm. On the right side, the inscription reads: Carl Walther Waffenfabrik Ulm/Do. Typically, the TP and TPH have a deep black, glossy surface, which exhibits a violet shimmer on some weapons. Later models, especially the late .22 pistols, have a more matte gray finish. In addition to the standard models, a number of luxury versions and anniversary models were also offered. The TPH was produced until 1999 in a quantity of about 35,000 in caliber .22 lfb and about 20,000 in caliber 6.35 mm Browning. The weapons were numbered without regard to caliber. All pistols have a six-digit serial number above 250,000.  The TPH features an unlocked mass closure. The barrel and frame are firmly connected, and the closing spring is arranged around the barrel. There is no cocking and decocking piece or a hammer block, as found in the PPK. The one-piece firing pin is held in position by the perforated safety cylinder (cf. German Reich Patent No. 578765 of November 7, 1930). In a secured state, the cylinder prevents the hammer from reaching the firing pin. Additionally, the separation of the trigger rod from the trigger lever occurs, allowing the trigger to be pulled through without effect.Manufacturer: Carl Walther GmbH UIm, Im Lehrer Feld 1, 89081 Ulm ([email protected])original Walther grip panels, undamagedCaliber: 6.35 mm Browning71 mm barrel lengthfixed sightDA/SA triggerexternal hammerside safety6-round magazinevalid proof, German '71original proof marks presentmatching numbersvery good condition, very little shot, like newAccessories: none* Take the opportunity to view in the store.
