I'm selling my CZ 457 Royal model in excellent condition.
Included are 1x 5-round magazine, 2x 10-round magazines, and a mounted Hawke 2-7x32 with duplex reticle.
The weapon has a top shooting performance typical of CZ, hole in hole at 50m.
Shipping via firearms courier only upon presentation and verification of the firearms ownership certificate.
Cash payment upon pickup or bank transfer is possible.
Since the new EU directive now also provides for a 1-year warranty for private sales, unless the seller excludes this, I declare that I do not assume any warranty for my privately sold items in the sense of the EU directive. By purchasing the goods, the buyer agrees to waive the guarantee/warranty. There is no right of withdrawal or return for new and used items purchased from me (§312d Abs. 4 No. 5 BGB).

Da die neue EU-Richtlinie nun auch 1 Jahr Gewährleistung für Privatverkäufe vorsieht, soweit der Verkäufer dies nicht ausschließt, erkläre ich, dass ich für meine privat verkauften Artikel keine Gewährleistung im Sinne der EU-Richtlinie übernehme. Mit Kauf der Ware wird sich dazu bereit erklärt auf die Garantie / Gewährleistung zu verzichten. Auf die bei mir gekauften neuen, wie auch gebrauchten Artikel besteht keinerlei Widerrufs- und Rückgaberecht (§312dAbs.4Nr.5BGB).
