Hello, I offer a service to shorten your shaft by about 2cm or less. I have done this with my shaft and I work with templates and tool guides to ensure accurate results. Unfortunately, there may be chipping in the outer lacquer. Everything will be professionally re-glued and the standard shaft cap can be used.
