The arms dealer WH e.K. offers:Mikros "K" (Armes Unique MAPF), cal. 6.35 mm, box + certificate The Mikros K is the smallest pocket pistol or self-loading pistol with a recoil-operated locking mechanism and an external hammer (absolutely safe handling). The hammer is elegantly designed, without corners or edges, so it cannot catch on clothing when carried concealed. The top of the hammer is slightly textured, allowing it to be cocked against the strong spring. When the hammer is in the resting position, it simultaneously covers the rear sight cutout - an unmistakable sign of lack of readiness to fire. Additionally, the hammer has a safety notch. An accompanying note warns emphatically against pulling the trigger in this position, as it could damage the trigger bar. The firing pin does not reach the chambered cartridge, so a blow to the hammer does not lead to ignition. Only the powerful strike of the hammer propels the firing pin towards the primer.The slide is perforated, and the barrel is free. Unlike the early Mikros model from 1934, where the barrel was firmly connected to the grip, the barrel of the new Mikros K is now connected to the grip via a groove connection, making it removable. Furthermore, the pistol has an Eibar safety, a magazine safety, and a closing safety. The Eibar safety blocks the trigger. If no magazine is inserted, a safety piece on the trigger springs out and is held by a cross pin in the grip, blocking the trigger. If the slide is not fully in its forward position, a control curve in the slide pushes an arm of the trigger bar down, preventing it from reaching the trigger catch.The trigger claw on the right also serves as a chamber indicator.
