The arms dealer WH e.K. offers:Smith & Wesson Model 41, .22lr, sport pistol, Nill sport gripThe Smith & Wesson Model 41 is a semi-automatic pistol developed by Smith & Wesson as a competition target pistol after World War II. It was designed with a grip angle of 105 degrees, just like the Colt M1911 pistol, to maintain a consistent grip angle. The Smith & Wesson Model 41 is the flagship model of rimfire pistols. The Model 41 is used by competitors at the national level for the highest precision in competition and is considered one of the best .22 target pistols ever made. The frame and slide are made from a carbon steel mix, with the barrel being made of steel. The grip panels are made of wood and are particularly ergonomically crafted, featuring thumb rests on both sides. All controls are located on the left side, with the safety positioned above the wooden grip panel directly under the "serrations" of the slide, below the "Smith & Wesson emblem" of the slide stop lever. The release button for locking the magazine is located in front of the "thumb groove." A special feature is the possibility that the frame is designed to accommodate both barrel lengths. Common to all models is the internal firing pin, the "blue" finish, and the "single-action" trigger. To disassemble, the slide is locked at the back, the trigger guard is pulled down, and the pistol can be disassembled for cleaning. Due to the barrel length, the sight line is longer, which also benefits beginners when aiming and significantly increases the probability of hitting the target. Due to the relatively high weight, the recoil is less pronounced, and the pistol is noticeably quicker to get back on target.
