Age verification required!  The Peltonen M95 Ranger Puukko was designed by Juha-Pekka Peltonen. He served as an observer for the Finnish Armed Forces during the UN observer mission in Southern Lebanon and contemplated a new operational knife that could withstand adverse weather conditions and harsh operational environments, is functional, and is also affordable. The knife has been on the market for many years alongside the slightly larger original variant and is now also available in Germany. The knife is in use by Finnish and Swedish special forces.Functionality is the decisive feature of the M95. The reliable hold of the knife in the sheath in all military-standard carrying methods is crucial for the operational suitability of a military knife. Good handling and grip in cold and wet conditions are also important, especially in Nordic and Arctic operational areas. This is ensured by the handle wrapped in TPE plastic up to the tang.The knife features a strong blade spine that provides stability when prying. High cutting ability is ensured by the thin 40-degree edge.
