With the RubinSabot, Brenneke sets standards in sabot technology. Specifically tailored to the needs of European hunters and their firearms, it combines the advantages of classic Brenneke slug ammunition with the benefits of a sabot.
Functionality:
When the RubinSabot is fired from a smoothbore shotgun, the cage opens due to air resistance after leaving the muzzle and falls to the ground after about 15 meters. The projectile, on the other hand, flies stably towards the target. The sabot projectile features the typical 12 angled ribs for a smooth passage through any type of choke.
