Product InformationThe modular clamp adapter from Rusan allows thermal imaging and night vision attachment devices to be connected to a daytime optic. The adapter is available in different diameters, so that almost any optic can be connected to the device's lens. The Rusan MAR (Modular Adapter Repeatability) features a novel two-part locking system. The main adapter can remain permanently on the lens. There is a device-specific connector for the attachment device. The two components are connected via a bayonet lock in seconds. This construction achieves a very high repeatability with high precision. Additionally, this precise locking system allows the same thermal imaging attachment device to be used on multiple optics.The adapter itself is made from high-strength aluminum, and all moving parts are made from hardened steel.
