Superior quality, best price
Three levels of sensitivity amplification
Axion 2 thermal devices feature an innovative image optimization method based on observation conditions and purpose, delivering a high-quality image of both objects and background. Three signal amplification levels, along with an image uniformity filter and fine brightness and contrast adjustment, offer hunters great opportunities to detect animals at long distances in various weather and temperature conditions and determine their characteristics.
High-quality reinforced magnesium alloy housing
Axion is designed for continuous and often rough use. The magnesium alloy housing is lightweight yet durable, protecting the internal components of the thermal device from shocks, drops, heat, and cold. Additionally, the metal housing effectively dissipates heat from electronic components, minimizes image noise, and helps ensure proper operation during long observation sessions.
Long battery life. Up to 11 hours on a single charge.
The powerful APS5 rechargeable battery ensures continuous operation of the thermal device for 11 hours on a single charge. The battery can be removed from its housing and replaced with another in seconds. It can be charged in a dedicated device or, inside the device, via PC, household power supply, or charger through a USB-C connection. These same sources can be used for external power supply of the thermal device.
Enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity with 2.4 / 5 GHz frequency band support
Axion 2 thermal scopes combine the standard 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection to a smartphone with an efficient 5 GHz frequency band. The latter offers better bandwidth, higher data transfer speed, interference protection, and improved connection stability, resulting in greater efficiency and convenience when using the thermal device with a smartphone.
Fast aperture lens
The F35/1.0 germanium lens features high infrared transmission in the long-wave infrared (LWIR) range. Thanks to the extreme precision in the construction of the lens’s optical elements, the image generated by the Axion 2 thermal sensor stands out for sharpness and rich detail.
High-precision integrated laser rangefinder
Accurately determining the distance to the target is crucial for making the right decision. An integrated laser rangefinder with a 1 km range allows single readings and continuous scans with ± 1 meter accuracy, providing a quick and accurate assessment of any situation.
European-made Lynred sensors
Axion 2 is equipped with a Lynred sensor, made in Europe, capable of detecting a quality signal in challenging observation conditions such as rain, fog, and high humidity.
Built-in photo and video recording. Free 16 GB Cloud storage
Axion 2 features a built-in video recorder. The internal memory allows saving hours of footage and tens of thousands of photos. A simple press of a button is enough to take a photo or start a video, which can then be transferred to a computer via USB-C connection. Axion 2 owners have free 16 GB storage space in the Pulsar Cloud for saving photos and videos taken co
n il loro strumento. È sufficiente installare l’applicazione Stream Vision 2, accedere e connettere lo strumento a uno smartphone tramite Wi-Fi.
Detection range up to 1750 meters
A powerful F35/1.0 objective lens, combined with an extremely sensitive thermal sensor, ensures exceptional detection capabilities. A normal object with a height of 180 cm can be detected from a distance of up to 1750 meters in complete darkness.
Remote operations with smartphone and software update via the Stream Vision 2 App
The integrated WiFi module connects Axion 2 to Android and iOS smartphones via the Stream Vision 2 app. This allows you to perform various operations, such as wireless software updates of the device, real-time image transmission from the device to the smartphone, posting photos and videos taken with the device on social media, remote control of digital functions, and access to the latest Pulsar news. Additionally, registered users get 16 GB of cloud storage space for saving photos and videos taken with their device.
Variable magnification
Digital zoom improves focus and overall object recognition at significant distances. The zoom varies either incrementally in 2x steps or continuously, thus achieving an optimized and customized field of view for every situation.
Compact size and lightweight
Axion 2 LRF comes in a pocket-sized, space-saving format, weighing only 350 grams. The device is easy to handle and can be used with either the right or left hand thanks to its symmetrical design and buttons aligned on the top panel.
High-contrast AMOLED display
The high-contrast AMOLED display offers better color rendering, energy savings, and a fast response time, providing sharp and precise images even during observations in cold weather.
Quick start
Axion 2 features a very short start-up time: within 5 seconds of pressing the ON button, the device is fully operational. The quick start reduces power consumption; during hunting, it is not necessary to keep Axion 2 always on, only when needed.
IPX7 waterproof rating
The IPX7 waterproof rating ensures protection from heavy rain, snow, and other precipitation. The unit is designed to operate flawlessly even when submerged in water up to one meter deep for 30 minutes.
8 color palettes
A choice of 8 color palettes allows the user to observe the field of view more effectively, optimizing the device for specific tasks and adapting to changing observation conditions. Warm white, warm black, and warm red are ideal for object detection; rainbow and ultramarine increase recognition and identification possibilities. Monochrome red, sepia, and violet are best suited for long night observations.
