






Pistol produced by Manufacture Francaise D’Armes et Cycles de Saint Etienne, better known as Manufrance, in the Le Francais model. It was produced from 1913 to 1969, in a variety of calibers. It was mainly sold in France and especially to the general public but also to some French army officers and the French municipal police. In 1912, Etienne Mimard, head of Manufrance, began its development. Mr. Mimard obtained the patent for the first model (Modèle E) on August 6, 1913, with no. 472,505. Sales began in 1914 under the name “Le Français.” This one is in excellent condition. Healthy grips, original bluing, excellent barrel and action. Caliber 6.35 mm, common firearm.
