Mercury Sport Bolt Action Rifle Tactical Evo / .308 Win.

Mercury Sport bolt-action rifle Tactical Evo: The same bolt-action rifle in caliber .308 Winchester – the more practical of the two versions for anyone shooting at 100 and 300 meters. The reason is simply the ammunition: .308 is available everywhere, in every load, and at a fraction of the cost of long-range calibers. Those who train a lot will notice this more clearly at the end of the year than any ballistic advantage. Sensational trigger, heavy weapon that makes shooting easy. The bolt is completely above the stock and held only by two carriers, so no stress occurs; plus the multi-radial barrel and an adjustable trigger. The magazine holds three cartridges. Mine includes a Picatinny rail for scope and bipod, muzzle brake, and hard case – mounted on request. I carry the matching ammunition: the 147-grain sport load for training, the 180-grain soft point for hunting purposes. For true long range up to 1,000 meters: the version in 6.5 Creedmoor.
